Job Summary
Exert high energy to meet customer needs while guiding guests on menu options, allergens, and ingredients. Learn the menu during training, maintain a well-groomed appearance with proper posture, and adhere to opening and closing procedures. Keep the store sanitary, organized, and stocked while performing duties requiring bending, reaching, lifting up to 35 lbs, and standing for up to 6+ hours. Make quick decisions in a constantly changing environment under direct supervision. Reliable transportation and punctuality are required for scheduled evening and weekend hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available for evenings and weekends
- Minimum 18 years old
- Reliable transportation to and from your work location
- Punctual and flexible in maintaining your scheduled hours
- Be capable of making quick and appropriate decisions
- Be able to perform duties that require bending, reaching, lifting, and transporting up to 35 lbs. containers and trash cans
- Be able to stand or move for up to 6+ hours
- Ability to adhere to Opening Procedures, Closing Procedures, and any other checklist or directions
- The ability to learn (and love!) our menu within the training period
- Understand our menu so you can guide guests who may have allergies or ingredients they are trying to avoid
