Job Summary
Temp Cashier/Finance Assistant role handling payments from tenants, balancing cash and deposits, processing accounts payable, and providing front-desk support. Responsibilities include answering calls, directing visitors, mail and records handling, data entry in the HDS system, and producing routine statements/reports. Requires strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills, proficiency with Word/Excel, and a high school diploma or GED. Arizona driver’s license preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years related experience or training (preferred)
- Experience with cash handling or payment collection
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Housing Data Systems (HDS)
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
Additional Requirements
