Cashier

Calculate customer bills using the dealership's computer system and process cash, checks, and credit card payments by recording amounts on repair orders or counter tickets. Make accurate change, issue receipts, and answer phones while directing callers to the proper departments and operating the switchboard system. Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer them to appropriate individuals for resolution. Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed and familiarize yourself with department structures and internal procedures. Maintain a professional, friendly, and efficient demeanor with all customers and employees while striving to minimize hold times. Available to work flexible hours on weeknights and weekends.
