Job Summary
Engage guests with friendly conversations and eye contact while scanning items, processing sales, and handling monetary transactions. Bag products thoughtfully to ensure they reach customers in good condition and relay specific requests to Guest Services leadership. Maintain register station neatness and stock supplies, ensuring quality standards are met during peak times at 10 am and 5 pm. Perform other duties as needed to support the team and provide timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand in place for long periods of time
- Walk in the store
- Bend, stoop and kneel regularly
- Fine finger and broad manual dexterity
- Eye-hand-foot coordination
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store
- Ability to lift
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
- Ability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on availability
