Job Summary
Greet each guest with a smile to ensure great service 100% of the time. Run the drive-thru station when assigned and work with a team to deliver fast and efficient service. Enter orders into a Point-of-Sales (POS) system and maintain customer service skills while speaking effectively with external customers. A food handler card is required where applicable. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with opportunities to advance to Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, or General Manager. EPL logo'd shirts are provided, along with black pants, jeans, and no-slip shoes.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak and read English
- Ability to speak effectively with external customers
- Food Handler Card (where applicable)
Desired Qualifications
- One or more years of experience in restaurant or customer service position
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Second language
- Customer service skills
- Experience entering orders into a Point-Of-Sales (POS) system
