Acknowledge guests immediately with a friendly greeting and utilize tools to stay organized while learning menu specials. Bus tables, maintain cleanliness, and restock areas surrounding check-out counters. Handle all POS transactions ethically for cash, meal plans, swipes, and Cater Trax orders. Accurately make change, maintain proper transaction counts, and reconcile the cash drawer after every meal. This role requires 100% standing or walking, with occasional lifts up to 40 lbs and frequent lifts up to 20 lbs.
