Acknowledge guests immediately with a friendly greeting and handle all POS transactions ethically, including cash, meal plans, swipes, and Cater Trax orders. Bus tables, maintain cleanliness, restock areas surrounding check-out counters, and learn daily specials while communicating with management. Accurately make change, maintain proper transaction counts, and reconcile the cash drawer after every meal.
