Greet guests immediately with a friendly welcome and utilize provided tools to stay organized while learning daily specials. Bus tables, maintain cleanliness, and restock areas surrounding the check-out counters. Process all POS transactions ethically per company policy, including cash, meal plans, swipes, and Cater Trax orders. Accurately make change, maintain proper transaction counts, and reconcile the cash drawer after every meal. This weekend role requires standing or walking 100% of the time with occasional lifts up to 40 lbs and frequent lifts up to 20 lbs.
