Job Summary
Cashier position at Easterseals-Goodwill (ESGW). Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, changing and maintaining displays, replenishing stock, removing merchandise from the sales floor, and striving to meet daily sales goals. Cross-trained to assist in all aspects of retail operations per ESGW Best Practices. Requires ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends; standing, bending, and carrying for long periods; and completion of a background check. Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of merchandise, cash register operations, and change-making.
- Ability to work with people having different abilities.
- Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, days, evenings, and weekends.
- Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
- Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
