Job Summary
Manage sales transactions, assist customers with questions and recommendations, and maintain security of cash and company assets. Keep the store well-stocked by receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and restocking shelves while ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment. Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping, mopping floors, and taking out the trash. Perform other duties as assigned, including lifting between 30 and 50 lbs. This role supports our mission to deliver great shopping experiences and build a career that can take you anywhere.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment
