Job Summary
Cashier position at Transwest in Denver, CO. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing payments (cash/credit/Check), handling refunds, coordinating with accounting, managing cash exchanges and tickets, assisting with RO tracking and warranty payments, filling in at the front desk or switchboard as needed, and providing support to Parts, Service, and Warranty departments. Requires strong customer service, professional communication, and ability to operate standard office equipment. Education: high school diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR and at least 1 year of administrative experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Shift normally 8am-5pm, hourly pay $19-$22, with benefits and potential for growth. Closing date: open until filled.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License with a MVR in good standing.
- 1+ year of solid administrative experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
