Job Summary
Greet guests with a positive attitude and genuine hospitality while taking orders accurately using the point-of-sale system. Handle cash, card, mobile, and gift card transactions properly and answer questions about menu items, promotions, and restaurant information. Communicate clearly with kitchen, drive-thru, and front-of-house team members to maintain speed and accuracy during busy meal periods. Keep the front counter, dining room, and guest areas clean and organized, restock supplies, and resolve guest concerns with care and professionalism. Work outside for up to 3 hours at a time while upholding Chick-fil-A's culture, values, standards, policies, and dress code. Support restaurant operations and other duties as assigned.

- Monday - Saturday availability
- Daytime, evening, and Saturday availability may be needed
- Work outside for up to 3 hours at a time
