Job Summary
Cashier role handling sales transactions, verifying payments, maintaining clean and organized checkout areas, and assisting with stocking and customer service. Responsibilities include scanning goods, ensuring pricing accuracy, issuing receipts and change, counting cash at start/end of shifts, cross-selling products, resolving customer questions or complaints, greeting customers, and maintaining reports of transactions. Requires strong math, communication, reliability, and product knowledge; experience with POS systems and cash handling preferred. Seasonal/temporary posting with local NH location and on-site work. The role is managed by a Cashier Supervisor and involves cross-training on greeting, stocking, and cleaning.
