Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean store environment. Key duties include assisting customers, handling cash and sales, promoting loyalty programs, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Physical requirements involve standing for extended periods and lifting items up to 50 pounds. The role operates in a fast-paced environment with a focus on operational support during busy times.
Required Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing and math skills
- Ability to operate point of sale, store, and car wash equipment
- Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Maintain proper uniform standards while on duty
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must meet the minimum age requirements for selling alcohol in the state in which the position is located
