The Customer Service Representative (CSR) delivers exceptional customer service within a fast-paced convenience store, supporting sales growth, operational efficiency, and safety standards. Responsibilities include processing transactions, maintaining a clean store environment, assisting customers, promoting loyalty programs, and performing various operational support tasks. Ideal candidates should possess basic skills, demonstrate the ability to operate point-of-sale systems, and be able to handle flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing and math skills
- Ability to operate point of sale, store, and car wash equipment
- Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Maintain proper uniform standards while on duty
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must meet the minimum age requirements for selling alcohol in the state in which the position is located (18 years of age in Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin, 21 years of age in Illinois)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service or cashier experience preferred
