Job Summary
Manage customer sales transactions, collect payments using a cash register and credit card machine, and issue receipts, exchanges, and returns. Track daily drawer balances, scan products for correct pricing, and maintain a clean checkout area. Greet customers entering or leaving the store, process new inventory, stock shelves, and assist the sales team with merchandise displays. Support camper and RV sales on the 9-acre outdoor lot by preparing paperwork, taking deposits, and coordinating service documentation. Work two Saturdays monthly from 8 am to 1 pm. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 30 lbs. are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of a cash register, credit card machine, and POS.
- Good math skills.
- Superior organization and communication skills.
- Able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
- Able to lift 30 lbs. or more to move inventory in the store.
- A valid driver's license and good work/attendance record required.
- Must have weekend availability: Able to work at least two Saturdays per month (8 am to 1 pm).
Desired Qualifications
- General camper/RV knowledge preferred (or willing to learn).
