Job Summary
Greet and assist customers by engaging with them, answering phone inquiries, and helping locate products while upselling items to boost sales. Process checkouts accurately following proper cash handling procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Highlight the Do It Best reward program to foster customer loyalty and resolve issues with management support. Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors, including physical tasks like lifting items weighing 25-50 pounds. Work a flexible part-time schedule of 16–29 hours per week, including nights and weekends, within store operating hours from Monday through Saturday.
Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
