Job Summary
Cashier/Crew Member at Dairy Queen handling guest orders, payments, and front-of-house duties. Responsibilities include greeting guests, accurately entering orders into the POS, processing payments, counting and verifying tills, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area, stocking supplies, presenting and suggesting menu items, and upholding brand standards while delivering friendly, enthusiastic service. Skills emphasized: customer service, cash handling, POS operations, menu knowledge, teamwork, multitasking, and maintaining safety/cleanliness standards. Training includes hands-on stations and following the Dairy Queen Front of House Development Plan.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to work a minimum of 9 hours per week
- Assist with front of house duties

- Maintain clean guest areas

- Provide friendly service and upsell when appropriate
