Job Summary
Greet customers, process payments, and drive sales through suggestive selling while demonstrating product knowledge and promoting loyalty programs. Maintain beautifully presented sales floors by executing visual merchandising standards, stocking displays, and performing inventory checks. Support store operations by managing incoming and outgoing packages, preparing the stockroom, and ensuring safety and loss prevention guidelines are followed. Collaborate with the team to onboard new associates, uphold company policies, and contribute to store profitability and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and other associates
- Ability to work in a flexible environment, shift quickly as our business evolves, and focus on continuous learning
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving to maintain a solutions-oriented and teamwork focus
- Customer service experience preferred
- Retail experience preferred
