Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, process cash and mobile payments, and prepare menu items according to established recipes. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, ensure food safety standards, manage inventory levels, and collaborate with team members for smooth daily operations. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while adhering to physical requirements for continuous standing and lifting up to 30 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as cook
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
- Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Very good communication skills
- Continuous standing/walking and other means of mobility up to 8 hours a day
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push/pull and frequently lift/move up to 30 pounds
