Job Summary
Greet customers with a friendly attitude, process orders accurately, and handle cash and credit card transactions while adhering to security measures. Enter orders into the point-of-sale system, balance cash registers, and relay special requests to the kitchen. Maintain a clean workspace, suggest upsells, and resolve customer concerns by collaborating with management. Requires strong math skills, familiarity with POS systems, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Free food is provided for all employees.
