Job Summary
Cashier role handling cash and credit transactions for restaurant orders, greeting guests, taking and repeating orders, charging correct prices, providing correct change, handling gift cards, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of California Fish Grill menu and prices. Must interact with guests in a friendly, fast-paced environment, correct mistakes, verify age for alcohol service, maintain a neat uniform and hygiene, keep area clean, complete in-service training and uphold safety and confidentiality policies. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related experience; ServSafe/food handler certification preferred.
