Job Summary
Lead and direct Cage area cashiering operations as Cage Shift Manager, safeguarding assets while guiding Cage Team Members and coordinating with Guests, Collections, Regulatory Compliance Departments as well as Casino Hosts and Total Rewards personnel. Manages and directs day-to-day Cage operations, safeguards assets, instructs Cage Team Members, develops updated procedures to improve efficiency and profitability, enforces cashiering variance policy, provides labor analysis to optimize staffing, enhances customer satisfaction through proactive service offerings, ensures regulatory and safety standards training/compliance, and gathers information to maintain and review casino check cashing accounts. Performs other duties as assigned.
