Job Summary
Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately while bussing and resetting tables to maintain dining area cleanliness. Stock condiment areas, set up service lines per the checklist, and conduct hourly bathroom checks. Inform supervisors of food shortages or spoilage and report any guest or coworker feedback. Adhere to Health Department regulations and cash-handling procedures while ensuring safety in all activities. Work moderate physical activity involving lifting up to 50 pounds, extended standing, and exposure to cleaning chemicals. Travel to work locations under varying weather conditions for daytime shifts with meals included.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Ability to work effectively under high-stress conditions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Moderate physical activity, including lifting objects up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Extended periods of standing and bending
- Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to travel to work locations under varying weather conditions
- Non-smoking environment
