Job Summary
Greet every guest with a friendly smile and provide outstanding customer service. Accurately take food and beverage orders using the POS system and handle cash, credit card, and digital payments. Answer guest questions, make menu recommendations, and ensure all takeout and dine-in orders are accurate before they leave the counter. Maintain a clean, organized front counter and follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines while working closely with the kitchen and team members. Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some shifts extending past 12:00 AM. Must be at least 16 years old and obtain required food safety certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications, where required by state or local law
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some shifts that extend past 12:00 AM
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout an entire shift
