Job Summary
Cashier role handling payments and providing courteous customer service at IBL Complex 2 locations. Responsibilities include processing cash, card, and other electronic payments; issuing receipts, refunds, and change; daily cash balancing; maintaining counter cleanliness; ensuring compliance with company policies; assisting in banking money; leveraging ERP and MS Office for transactional tasks. Requires attention to detail, numeracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in the FMCG or retail sector
- Basic numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Well versed with ERP systems and proficient in the MS Office package
- High degree of organizational skill, accuracy and confidentiality
- Honest, reliable, and able to work under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
