Deliver friendly, helpful customer service in-store and over the phone while operating the cash register accurately per store policies. Maintain clean, organized displays by checking in, pricing, and stocking supplies; participate in inventory counts to track stock levels. Record price changes and promotions, notify staff of out-of-stock or defective items, and follow up on special orders. Report marketing trends and customer feedback to the supervisor.
