Job Summary
Delivers the mission statement and motto to each guest while maintaining perfect, fast, and consistent service. Inputs order information using computer systems and ensures timely delivery of drinks, food, and dessert. Wipes down tabletops, table legs, and booth seats; cleans debris from floors. Transports plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room and kitchen approximately 40 times per shift. Stands and exerts fast-paced mobility for up to six hours, lifting bus-tubs and trays weighing up to 25 pounds. Must speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location. Follows proper uniform standards with opportunities to cross-train into server, host, or catering roles.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location
- Ability to use computer systems to input order information
- Must be guest sensitive and possess a sense of timing to serve different elements of dining experience at proper time
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to six hours in length
- Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend, kneel, and ability to lift bus-tubs and trays frequently weighing up to 25 pounds
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room and kitchen about 40 times per shift
