Job Summary
Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the register by ringing sales, handling payments, bagging merchandise, and thanking customers. Keep the sales floor stocked and organized by moving clothing from the backroom, merchandising by type or color, and ensuring racks are tidy. Maintain a clean, safe shopping environment including dressing rooms and work areas. Greet donors, accept donations, and issue receipts. Support donation door operations and perform sorting or hanger tasks as needed. Report any safety, security, or theft concerns to store management. Help with other duties as assigned to support a strong team environment. This role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 10 pounds, and strong close and color vision.
