Job Summary
Conduct fast, friendly, and accurate checkouts while handling customer concerns and complaints professionally. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards in checkout and entrance areas, ensuring common spaces remain clean and sanitary. Reconcile tills daily and resolve operational issues quickly to uphold service levels. Coordinate with store leadership to support overall operations and customer satisfaction goals. Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer, POS, and cash management knowledge
- Strong problem‐solving skills with the ability to make quick, effective decisions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable working in varying temperature environments (coolers, freezers, kitchens)
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant industry experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations preferred
