Job Summary
Greets customers, takes orders at the counter, processes payments, and sends orders to the kitchen while ensuring a friendly experience and clear communication. Oversees daily operations, supervises staff, ensures quality and service standards, handles customer concerns, and keeps the team running efficiently during shifts. Supports the General Manager with daily operations, supervises the front-of-house team, assists with cash handling and reporting, and helps ensure excellent customer service and smooth workflow. Requires ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment, listen in a loud setting, stand for long periods, and apply sales techniques.
