Job Summary
Greet, assist, and thank customers in a prompt, courteous, and friendly manner while accurately scanning sales, recognizing tender, and providing correct change. Manage the service lane according to standards, restock front-end products, and put up discarded or returned merchandise. Escalate customer concerns to management with a positive attitude and report faults, hazards, theft, or policy violations immediately. Assist in training new cashiers and return carts to the corral. Maintain a clean, orderly work area free from safety hazards.
Required Qualifications
- Meet legal and company policy age requirements to perform job functions.
- Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
- Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
- Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
