Job Summary
The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer experiences by executing Front-End operations, processing customer sales transactions, and promoting company programs. The role requires proactive customer engagement, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting an inclusive store environment. Preferred qualifications include retail, cashier, or customer-focused experience, along with the physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, lifting, and repetitive motions.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience preferred
- Cashier experience preferred
- Customer-focused experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously)
