Job Summary
Greet guests warmly and accurately process food and beverage orders using the POS system while adhering to cash handling and tip reporting guidelines. Expedite guest orders at concession stands or portables, stock product, and manage station setup, breakdown, and inventory control. Ensure proper sanitation, food safety, and responsible alcohol service while checking equipment and maintaining a safe environment. Assist in food preparation, navigate the arena to assist guests, and support other Food & Beverage departments as needed. This part-time, event-based role at Great Park Ice and Sports Complex requires flexibility for fluctuating hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to work in a fast-paced evolving environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organization and prioritization
- Must be able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
- Must be able to perform physical requirements of the position, including bending or lifting up to 50lbs and standing and/or walking for extended periods of time
- Flexible schedule – candidates must have the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required
- Certifications Required – E-Food Handlers Cert & TIPS Cert
- Experience Required - 0-1 Year MR2026
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service and cash handling experience is a plus
- Basic math and cash handling experience
