Cashier All Shifts

Deliver a highly satisfactory customer experience by engaging with customers, ringing purchases accurately, adhering to operating procedures, and supporting a clean, organized store environment. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs; promote credit and loyalty programs; uphold merchandising standards; participate in store recovery and safety. Demonstrates strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills; capable of lifting heavy objects and adapting to a flexible schedule. This role may involve various store duties across the TJX family of brands, contributing to a positive store culture and meeting labor policies and safety requirements.
