Job Summary
Provide high-quality customer service by operating electronic scanning cash registers, receiving payments, processing returns, and handling transactions for money orders, lotto tickets, and gift cards. Assist customers with Loyalty Program questions, bag items, and maintain cleanliness of the Customer Service Desk and front area while replacing stock in display areas. Adhere to uniform and grooming policies, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and work independently within a large team. Flexible work schedules and competitive weekly wages are available.
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service skills or related experience
- Ability to operate electronic scanning cash registers and machines for counting money, wire transfer processing, and lottery
- Ability to handle stressful and complex situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to understand and follow instructions and communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Ability to work independently as well as within a large team
- Ability to provide regular and predictable attendance
- Ability to comply with workplace conduct standards
