Job Summary
Lead the front-end team to ensure smooth checkout operations by overseeing shift schedules, coaching cashier members, and maintaining accurate payment handling. Keep checkout areas clean, organized, and well-stocked while resolving customer inquiries and concerns. This Head Cashier role requires leadership experience, POS proficiency, and strong coaching skills within a people-oriented culture focused on community and well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a supervisor or team lead role, ideally in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Point-of-Sale Proficiency: Comfort working with POS systems and handling various payment types accurately.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ability to resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
