Job Summary
Greet and acknowledge every customer while maintaining outstanding service standards and product knowledge. Process sales transactions accurately at POS registers, manage cash accountabilities, and adhere to signing and pricing policies. Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, floor moves, and receiving floor stock. Communicate customer requests to management and perform other tasks as assigned by store management. This role requires a commitment to service excellence, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
