Job Summary
Greet, thank, and serve all clientele with Genuine quality customer service. Craft drinks to order with care and accuracy while ringing out guests at the cash register and following cash handling procedures. Ensure food safety standards are followed and maintain a clean working environment by assisting with cleaning duties. Restock areas as needed, following proper FIFO rotation, and assist other team members as assigned. This role requires one year of food or customer service experience, willingness to learn USDA National School Lunch Program compliance, and the ability to work in a school environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of food or customer service experience/training in a mid-high volume food service facility or restaurant
- Willingness to learn the compliance requirements of the USDA National School Lunch Program
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and level headedness
- Punctual and able to adhere to the time and attendance policy
- Able to climb stairs and lift up 50 lbs
- Interest in and committed to Genuine Foods' mission to use food to help students enhance their minds, bodies and happiness
- Must be able to work in a school environment
- Must be flexible & team-oriented
