Job Summary
Assist store customers in selecting and purchasing items, answer store telephone inquiries, and respond to customers donating items. Operate and maintain the cash register, collect monies, count change, prepare receipts, balance the drawer, and print routine print-outs. Prepare and deliver bank deposits while maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of merchandise, displays, and the cash register area. Clean display racks, shelves, floors, windows, and mirrors to ensure overall store cleanliness and security.
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- experience working in a retail store
