Cashier (7066)

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing items, operate cash registers, collect monies, count change, and prepare receipts. Balance the cash register drawer, print routine print-outs, and prepare bank deposits. Respond to customer questions, assist with donations, and maintain merchandise cleanliness and display order. Secure the cash register area and clean display racks, shelves, floors, windows, and mirrors. Answer the store telephone in a courteous manner. High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred with retail experience.
