Job Summary
Accurately count and post payments against open COD invoices and receipt of payment for charge accounts. Identify valid payment methods, including customer credit cards, and process new, core, and defective returns from customers. Check in and receive payments from drivers while maintaining a clean workspace by vacuuming common areas around the counter and dispatch daily. Monitor the open COD list daily to communicate needed payments with the Manager and keep control of location gas cards by adhering to fueling rules and notifying management when assistance is required.

- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to fully understand all job requirements
- Must possess interpersonal skills
- Must possess organizational skills
- Must be a self-starter
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly (verbal and written) with management
- Ability to perform in an organized, timely and efficient manner
