Job Summary
The Parking Garage Attendant provides excellent customer service to daily and monthly parking patrons, addresses inquiries and concerns, performs light maintenance within the parking office and on equipment, and maintains open communication with Supervisors. Requires the ability to work in a team, stand for long periods, and be flexible with nights, weekends, and holiday shifts. Ideal candidate will have customer service experience and familiarity with a parking garage/parking lot setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to follow verbal/written directions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Minimum of one-year experience
- Minimum one-year experience working in an office setting
