Job Summary
Interact with guests and team members in a friendly way while following Smokey Mo's processes accurately and efficiently. Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards, and operate the cash register using TABC certification. Stand for eight hours, multitask, and handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds. Show up on time in the correct uniform and remain open to varied work schedules depending on restaurant needs. All team members must hold a food handlers' permit.
