Job Summary
Greet and engage customers during the checkout process, process funds accurately using Point-Of-Sale and Inventory systems, and resolve issues with good judgment. Check inside products for price switches, remove security devices, and assist asset protection by following all procedures. Perform opening and closing duties including emptying trash, stocking supplies, and organizing drawer contents. Assist in other store areas as business needs dictate. Starting pay is $17.60 - $20.25.
Desired Qualifications
- One or more years' experience in a sales or service environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed customer's expectations
- Ability to use good judgment and logic
- Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle
- Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's specific products
