Cash Voucher Assistance Specialist (DRA Project)

Coordinate and communicate with local partners, agencies, NGOs, and government institutions to perform accurate food security analyses and ensure efficient delivery of food/cash assistance. Maintain a comprehensive commodity tracking system and operational procedures to secure donor food and cash, while ensuring all staff adhere to World Vision and donor standards in commodity handling and cash programme management. Record data accurately within specific technical areas and produce timely, quality reports for management and donors, analyzing discrepancies and highlighting concerns to supervisors. Support capacity building for staff, partners, and national governments through training on donor regulations, commodity manuals, and cash voucher programmes. Liaise with donors and stakeholders to negotiate contract terms, develop proposals, and facilitate collaborative project support plans. Process field complaints, provide technical guidance, and attend sector meetings to promote accountability and continuous learning.
