Job Summary
Intermediate-level Cash and Trade Processing Manager (Assistant Vice President) overseeing India Trade operations. Responsibilities include reviewing service quality, production systems, and client reporting; analyzing complex issues to ensure timely deliverables; coordinating risk mitigation and control activities; governing regulatory compliance, audits, and pricing benchmarks; managing performance, training, and staffing decisions; budgeting and procedures development; and serving as a back-up to the Cash and Trade Operations Senior Manager while ensuring adherence to policies and safeguarding assets. Based in Mumbai, India, with a focus on ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant cash and trade processing and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years in cash and trade operations management
- Process-improvement experience
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Regulatory and internal control compliance experience

- Proven experience in creating and implementing processes that result in improved business performance
