Job Summary
Lead the cash department by delegating tasks, training new Cashier Team Members, and maintaining day-to-day operations to ensure outstanding customer service. Responsible for front-end operations, cash reconciliation, equipment readiness, and presenting a professional cash-area. Manage customer flow, monitor lines, and coordinate with the Cash Manager; provide support across the front end and apply strong leadership to create a positive team environment. Regular duties include training, staff scheduling assistance, and maintaining store cash operations while upholding our values. The role requires availability for 32-40 hours per week with AM/PM shifts on weekdays and weekends in Vernon, BC.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years cashier experience preferred
- Experience in supervising or managing people
- Education in related field is an asset
