Job Summary
The Cash Logistics Supervisor at Brink's oversees the inside currency operation, ensuring accountability and security of all liability, and prioritizing daily workflow. Responsibilities include supervising Cash Logistics employees, overseeing daily cash operations (deposit verification, change order prep, inventory management, opening/closing branch and vault check-in/out), coaching and developing staff, creating schedules, adhering to SLA and contract requirements, driving process improvements, securing inventories, ensuring compliance with policies and laws, maintaining records and handling customer inquiries, providing cross-training, and assisting management to meet branch goals in an armed, security-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years operations experience in a cash or vault processing environment
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing
- A valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses
- Satisfy all applicable Department of Transportation requirements
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Bachelor's Degree
