Cash Reconciliation Analyst-Frisco, TX Hybrid

Job Summary
Reconcile ATM and vault cash positions, review daily vendor reports and processor data for accuracy, perform import checks, verify vault balances, identify and resolve ATM out-of-balance and discrepancies, monitor cash positions across vaults and ATMs, prepare management reports (e.g., out-of-balance counts, armored carrier performance), and support related reconciliation applications and internal systems using Core CATM-DC Pro and in-house tools. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics and strong Excel skills with 0–2 years of experience in reconciliation or related fields. The role involves independent work and teamwork, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a hybrid in-office/remote setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics
- Entry-level to two years of experience in reconciliation, accounting, or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Access)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass all applicable background screening tests
